Managing staff schedules in a busy coffee and lunch bar was complex and time-consuming. The team needed to coordinate weekly and monthly availability, handle last-minute changes, and give everyone a clear view of finalized shifts, while still extracting accurate hours for payroll.

- Shifts flexible to the quarter-hour; staff apply for open shifts or request swaps, all with manager approval.
